His Excellency has purchased a new estate with the following initial staff requirements. Potential applicants must be looking for a long term commitment, be trustworthy, hard working and loyal. They need to be flexible in nature because of the variations in duties but use to following instructions with precision, respect a hierarchy structure, and be able to maintain a routine without direct supervision. Each of these staff positions, despite normal ranking in an Estate, will be considered as upper household management because they will have cross-over relations between the Foundation and other business enterprises. The new home is in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. All positions are live-in.
Positions of Employment:
Estate Manager/Butler Duties: Head of household staff, responsible for all residential properties, directly responsible for all male staff Hours: 70 per week (Always on Duty) Officially: One Day Off and One Afternoon or Morning
First Footman: Connected to Master of the House Duties: Valet, Chauffer, Personal Protection Officer, Personal Assistant, General House, Yard and Pool Hours: 70 per week (Always on Duty) Officially: One Day Off and One Afternoon or Morning (Opposite of 2nd Footman)
Second Footman: Connected to Master of the House Duties: Valet, Chauffer, Personal Protection Officer, Personal Assistant, General House, Yard and Pool Hours: 70 per week (Always on Duty) Officially: One Day Off and One Afternoon or Morning (Opposite of 1st Footman)
Third Footman: Connected to Mistress of the House Duties: Chauffer, Personal Protection Officer, Personal Assistant, General House, Yard and Pool Hours: 70 per week (Always on Duty) Officially: One Day Off and One Afternoon or Morning (Opposite of 1st Footman)

First Lady’s Maid: Connected to Mistress of the House Duties: Personal Protection Officer, Personal Assistant, Small Cooking, Valet to Mistress, House Cleaning and Seamstress Hours: 70 per week (Always on Duty) Officially: One Day Off and One Afternoon or Morning (Opposite 2nd Lady's Maid)
Second Lady’s Maid: Connected to Grandmother & Sister Duties: Personal Protection Officer, Personal Assistant, Small Cooking, Valet to Grandmother & Sister, House Cleaning and Seamstress Hours: 70 per week (Always on Duty) Officially: One Day Off and One Afternoon or Morning (Opposite 1st Lady's Maid)
Chef: Duties: Meal Preparation for House and Kitchen Maintenance Hours: 70 per week (Always on Duty) Officially: One Day Off and One Afternoon or Morning
The best fit might be recent ex-military because of the regimented routines, formal behaviors, a hierarchy of command and unusual hours of operation. The ideal candidate for the position of Estate Manager/Butler would be a male between the ages of 26 to 32 years, in fit condition, a college degree, and related experience. The ideal candidate for the position of Chef would be a male between the ages of 26 to 32 years, in fit condition, a college degree, and commercial high end kitchen experience. The ideal candidate for the position of Footman would be a male between the ages of 22 to 26 years, in fit condition and some college education. The ideal candidate for the position of Housekeeper would be a female between the ages of 26 to 32 years, in fit condition, a college degree, and related experience. The ideal candidate for the position of Lady's Maid would be a female between the ages of 22 to 26 years, in fit condition and some college education. All staff must have some professional training.
